3D Visualization & Walkthroughs
High-quality renders and MP4 walkthroughs to communicate design intent clearly to clients and contractors for faster approvals.

- Civil Works — minor structural adjustments, patching, and site preparation.
- Electrical & Plumbing — lights, wiring, basic plumbing rough-ins (fixtures paid by client unless specified).
- On-site Supervision — dedicated site manager, progress reporting, and quality control checks.
Finishes & Furnishings
- Wall finishes — paint, paneling, and decorative cladding.
- Flooring coordination — we coordinate with your chosen floor finishes (floor supply/installation can be arranged).
- Bespoke Furniture — made-to-measure storage, TV cabinets, wardrobes and joinery.
